The atmosphere was charming, very rustic, I could feel the spirit of the hard working Japanese staff. I was disappointed by the lack of other meats besides pork in the menu. That's were my one star vanished. Very good vegan ramen !

I ordered the creamy tonkotsu ramen with ajitsuke egg (1280yen). The braised pork and chashu was super うまい!The creamy tonkotsu soup was full if flavor, and the thin noodles were soaked with the soup's umami! The ajitsuke tamago was so nice, soft and velvety. Too bad they are replacing the ajitsuke eggs to normal soft boiled eggs from 1st April. So get those ajitsuke tamagos before they're gone!

This ramen shop is simply amazing! They greeted us and welcomed us in. They also have a multilingual menu! Be sure to get there early as it's a small space and a line forms quickly!

Questions & Answers

Every shop is the same. Authentic pork bone ramen is a precious soup made tens of hours with fire. For that reason small bowls themselves are small. In addition, the Kyushu system is fine noodles. Even the same grams look less. In addition, ingredients including boiled horse shrimp will shrink if boiled so it changes to a considerable size. It is embarrassing to me that things like that do not know the Ramen noodles say such things. In the first place, it is the Junka that I started as a teacher 's eating tool in order to teach children how to talk about Burukan cram school. If you say so, the head office is making soup on the 3rd floor, but since other shops are basically delivered, I wonder if the soup feels warm.

Not too salty IMO - but saltiness is each to their own.
